A Benefit Auction of artist created chairs and chair inspired artwork.
The auction will be held at the Albert Kahn home
257 Ridge Rd., Grosse Pointe Farms.

Where has summer gone! Hard to believe that school will be starting for the young ones in less than a week.
I've been working between paintings on a smaller altered chair (the table top type). It's cute. A neighboring cities art council is having an auction somewhat like the one I participated in a few months back - except this time the theme "Chair" can be anything... a painting, a chair, a carving, etc. I really want to do another large one - but I don't see that happening any time soon. Maybe next spring.
